Insurance Notice
Insurance plans vary in deductibles and copays, so PTPC cannot guarantee full accuracy in eligibility or benefits. We provide an initial verification, but it is the client’s responsibility to understand their coverage. Clients are responsible for any deductible or copay charges.

Sliding Fee Scale:
Sliding fee scale considerations are determined on an individual basis and are based on each client’s specific financial circumstances, including income, expenses, and financial obligations.
Approval is not guaranteed and requires supervisor review.

Paperwork Processing Fee: $25
All paperwork requests are subject to a processing fee.
Payments
PTPC accepts all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards, debit cards through our secure patient portal.
